Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for clothing items. However, we are happy to provide you with a store credit in the form of a gift card for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping fees and discounts) under the following circumstances:

  • Clothing items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be presented when requesting a return.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged or defective clothing item, we will gladly offer a full refund or a replacement item, as per your preference. Please contact us immediately upon discovery of the issue to initiate the return process.

Return Shipping

For returns due to damage or defects, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will issue your store credit or process a refund for damaged/defective items within 10 business days.
